I’m very happy and very pleased with my movers. Brett, Riley, and Tanner shows up clean, smiling, and moved my entire apt in the pouring down rain to rolla mo. They were fast, efficient and moved all my glass furniture and furniture safely to storage and some in my dads bsmt. They did not get one speck or one drip of rain or dirt on my dads hard wood floors and everything was moved exactly where I wanted it. And it was affordable. Five Stars very pleased !!!

Greg, Will and Jake helped us move furniture from my Uncles home to ours. They took care with the antique furniture, wrapping it and moving it carefully. This is our second perfect experience with ABC Quality Moving. Highly recommend. They are careful but quick and very friendly. Well done guys and thank you for being so careful with the pieces.

I moved my daughter to Minnesota, and having read as well as heard the horror stories posted regarding added pricing and delivery issues in general, along with the stress, this company was professional, careful, efficient, stress free and on time. Michael did the on site evaluation with follow up with emails and tips. I asked several questions and my emails were promptly answered. CJ, Greg along with Marcus and Tim packed us up without skipping a beat. Marcus and Tim delivered our contents EARLY and took great care to deliver and assemble the furniture needed. NOT a scratch on any of the items. I would recommend this company to family, friends and would definitely use them again. Teresa

It was a short distance, but a lot of furniture with some large and heavy pieces. Kevin and Bill did a great job taking pieces apart and putting them back together. They also had a great memory for which pieces came out of which rooms. If it were not for the fact that I switched some pieces into different rooms in the new house, they could have done it all without me being there. Thanks, guys, great job for us!

Our move was flawless from the apartment to our new home! Many thanks to Kevin W, Greg, Will and Danny for their care of the items being moved as well as the infrastructure (walls and floors). Would highly recommend this crew for any move.

The 3 men on this crew Tim, Steve and Mike were wonderful! They hustled, worked and smiled all day long! They were very careful with our furniture as well as the homes they moved us from and to as they moved it. We cannot believe that folks pay so much more for other movers when this company is just as good and probably better!!! We would not hesitate to use them again!

We had a good move with the team that they sent out to do our move. I could tell every one of the team members paid attention to our furniture, put down plastic to protect our carpets in our new house, etc. We literally had nothing broken by the movers. ABC helped move my sister, brother-in-law & 2 kids earlier this fall and did a great job. The team (Gres, Undray, Tarrus, Nick, and Xaivier) was very cordial with all of the hustle and bustle of multiple family members also trying to help move items between houses, organized as to how to best pack and in what order, and thoughtful in taking care of not only the items moved but the houses in which we were moving them between (not to mention, on time and efficient with their time throughout the day!). Would highly recommend ABC to anyone in the STL area.

AMAZING!!! I cannot say enough good things about this place! We were moving from Chicago to St. Louis and needed a place that moved and stored our things for us while we looked for a permanent place to live. Not only was the office staff so great and easy to work with, but both the drivers (we had same 2 guys both times...and of course can't remember their names) showed up on time and were very quick an efficient. We managed to not have anything break and it was so quick and easy. I would recommend this company any day for a local or long distant move.

The movers were great. They arrived on time and worked hard. They made an unfortunate mistake and broke one of the mounted lights in my house. The Manager never once called me. She waited a week to get involved and then asked the lighting company to lie to me about the reason it was taking so long to get the light in stock. Christina and Jessie in the office couldn't have cared less about rectifying the situation. For this reason, I could never refer ABC to anyone.

We were very disappointed with the service we received!! We hired this mover almost 2 months ago. They damaged our stainless steel refrigerator. We have been given the run-around and our fridge still has not been repaired, nor do we we know if and when it will be fixed. We have been very patient and understanding, however we are now VERY frustrated! No one will follow through and let us know the status of our situation. In addition, last night we discovered that our solid marble pedestal was broken by the movers. We noticed that it was leaning and after investigating, discovered that there is a chunk of marble missing out of it. It is unstable and is no longer solid. The movers did not notify us of this and in fact tried to hide the damage by placing the damaged side against the wall so it could not be seen. I would not recommend using this company. Customer satisfaction is not important to them.

I didn't want another day to pass without telling you that not only were Cody and Steve very professional, efficient and hard working, but they were also pleasing to my elderly mother who was a bit overwhelmed with the move - and everything arrived in good shape. I conduct customer service classes and believe me, their customer service skills along with the ladies who took the phone calls, were top notch!
