My father was meeting me at this store at approximately 4:30 Thursday afternoon to see about having glass put in 3 cabinet doors. He walked in the store at approximate 4:20, he explained to the woman at the front desk that he was meeting me up there so I could have some questions answered and he was rudely told that I better be there in 10 minutes because she was leaving at 4:30. After being talked to the way he was he informed her that she lost our business and left.
I called to speak with a manager this morning and after asking several times to speak with someone in charge I was told that I was speaking to the office manager, I asked if she was the person there at 4:30 yesterday she said yes, I asked to speak to her boss and she rudely asked if this was about my cabinets. When I said yes she told me that she was told to close the store at 4:30, that she had a child with cancer and if I didn't like that I needed to take my cabinets somewhere else then hung up on me. I am truly sorry that her child has cancer, I would not wish that on anyone but on the other hand, it is not my doing that she is having to go through this and it does not give her the right to be so rude to people.

I have used them. I would recommend them to others.
