Over the years we have tried because of good food and ambience to overcome the waitress problem to no avail. Management doesn't care, we would not go back if they offered us a lifetime of free meals! I used to be a big fan of Applebee's. It just seems like the last few times I've been there, the quality of the food has decreased. Salads used to be perfect every time. Now, they seem wilted and less desirable looking lettuce in the salads.

WE HAVE GONE HERE SEVERAL TIMES AND HAVE HAD GOOD SERVICE AND REALLY BAD SERVICE TO WHERE IT TOOK MORE THEN AN HOUR TO GET OUR FOOD.

Extremely slow service. We were a party of 2 and another waitress was able to complete a party of 6 in the time we got the food we ordered. They couldn't get the order right. By time they did, the burger was so dried out it was like shoe leather.
