I had gone to this thrift store for years as a single parent with a young daughter. The last 6 months or so the staff has somewhat changed... Some are unfriendly spout out rules and do not have friendly christian customer service as they used to. It is sad because a few of the old employees are still there who are so kind and caring. After terribly rude service today to me and my 4 yr old daughter , i complained to Kathy the director who was just as rude and condiscending to me. I tried reaching Roger Horn who is a retired preacher, his response was cold and he was not intetested in hearing what a customer of 3 and half years had to say, cut me short and told me to write a letter to the board of directors. Is this now just a business .... Or is Arnold thrift still a community orientated helping store ? So disappointing. Ive also had very rude treatment fron thw food pantry side as well as of lately. I hope they try to remember and be kind to their loyal customers. We will not be back there after years of shopping and supporting thw store, but i said that three times already ....
