Provided by YP.comBEWARE!!! Receptionist told my wife that they accept our insurance and then after they provided the service the receptionist stated we do not accept that type of insurance. Thanks to poor business practices I have to come up with $350.00! I am a very unhappy customer and they do not care!!!
