Outstanding service and quality! Tony performed the fall check up per contract and he went above and beyond by fixing my humidifier that I didn't know was not functioning properly. Afterward, he cleaned the area completely and even moved the boxes back to their original position! I'm always thrilled with the service, advice, and attention of the Awtrey professionals! One less thing I have to worry about!

Tony came out promptly on Saturday morning to fix my furnace. He was quick to diagnose my problem and was very courteous. The heat was back on in a half hour.

My heating and air conditioning unit works great after Awtrey installed it a year ago. Tony W.did the furnace clean & check on Dec. 29, 2014. He is always happy and very personable, which is very important when dealing with the public. He does great work in a short amount of time. He is a great worker to represent Awtrey's company. We were very happy with the complete install of our new furnace and Air Conditioner in November 2014. Shane took his time to educate us on HVAC systems and then took the time to make sure we were getting the correct system for our home. Bryan and Gene were craftsmen at their work. The installation of our whole-house humidifier was beyond what we could expect. While that is not a difficult job, they took extra care to install it and even improved upon some of the other parts of our furnace at the same time. They did a thorough cleaning of our furnace and went over everything with me in detail. They put down long rugs to protect our floors. After they left, my wife said that she would have no problem being alone in the house with these guys (she never wants to be home alone when we are having work done in the house). In setting up the appointment, Shane was very helpful and easy to work with. I cannot recommend this company enough!!
