Highly Overrated

Dr. Herr is very quirky and impatient. He rarely talked to me in the year+ I spent as his patient. He is much more concerned with appearances than doing proper work. His office hours are horrible. After thousands of dollars, missed work, and overall dissatisfaction, I was told that my spaces could not be closed like he first assured me.

Very impressed with the office and professional staff. I took my daughter there after checking out many other offices because other patients were so impressed with their results and care. Dr. Herr and staff did a great job and the results were perfect. I was so glad I decided on an Ortthodontic office for my daughters care!

I just wanted to say first, this is the coolest doctors office I have ever been to. My son LOVES it!!! It reminds me of the Jetsons :) The decor is futuristic. Next, the staff is extremely helpful and truly sweet. Last but not least, Dr Herr is the best!!! He really seems to care and listen, and I feel that is very important. I am so glad I chose Herr Orthodontics for my son. If I could go back in time when I had my braces done, I would have had Dr Herr do mine.
