Provided by YP.comWell to start with I NEVER really expect much from ANY temporary service. The laborers are usually the bottom of the barrel. We did get a couple of good guys from this place, however the experiences were more bad than good. I would say out of the roughly 10 times we tried these guys we actually got maybe 2 GOOD guys. Now as I said above , I really don't go in with high expectations to start with but here are a few of the examples of what I dealt with:
1) I told labor finders that I needed a mover. A guy shows up and as soon as he sees that he is going to have to move furniture he leaves because he says he thought he only had to drive a truck.
2)Again labor finders knows that I need someone capable of moving furniture, they send me a guy that looks like he is 70 and he is wearing flippy flop river shoes. I mean come on, why would you send someone like that out anyway.
3) Even after the first time with a guy to old to do the physical work and I made a complaint, they send me another guy that looks like he has one leg on a banana peel and the other leg in the grave(sorry for the analogy)
3) the straw that broke the camels back. I call @ 6:30 AM and tell the guy at the office I need 1 man to take the place of someone that called in sick and I need them at 7:30, he tells me no problem. At 7:15 I get a call from a guy at my front gate telling me that he and his friend are there. I told him that I only needed 1 man. He tells me that he has to work with his friend or he can't work so he will have to leave. I call the office and the man says that he thought I needed 2 men so he will look for someone else & call me back. He calls me back & tells me that he has a professional mover on his way. 10 minutes go by & he calls me back & says the guy doesn’t want to work for me because last time he worked my men didn't treat him very good(turns out the” professional mover" was the 70 year old flippy flop guy) and now he can't help me. I the man @ the labor finder office that he had really put me in a bind by saying he didn’t have anybody at the last minute(had I known I would have kept calling people on MY list, but he told me he had it covered)his response was that we did not need to do business. He did not offer to keep trying to make it right, or even offer an apology just sarcasm and try to pawn the mistake off on me, saying he THOUGHT that I had asked for a COULPLE guys(my job requires a SPECIFIC number of men & I would NEVER use a vague term like a COUPLE, I would say the exact number of men that I need.
4) With 2 calls to the main office in Florida and leaving messages both times(I was assured by the operator that I would get a return call right away) I ,as of yet, have not received a return call. This leaves me to believe that even at the main level, this company has very poor customer service.
Hope this helps someone in there choices.
