First time dealing with this repair shop and was definitely satisfied with my experience. If needed in the future, I would certainly return. Great free coffee and snacks too!

It’s never good to be in an accident and need your vehicle repaired. Meramec makes the process as painless as possible and I couldn’t imagine using anyone else.

My car was towed to Sheena's shop and I was frazzled. She talked me through the process, told me what to expect, took care of dealing with the insurance adjusters and handled everything. She took my stress level way down, reassured me when I was confused and was on MY side through the entire process. I was not a number...or a client...but instead, a friend she just had not met.
Thank you for taking care of me and my car...in that order!

I had the bed of my truck repaired here in May 2015, and they did a great job. The repairs have held up well and the customer service was great.

5 STARS!!!......This is such an amazing auto body shop!!! My family and I have been here many times, and their work is simply the best!! From the owner, Sheena, to our estimator, Ron, everyone was extremely professional, honest and welcoming.

By using a company that we have complete faith in, it takes much of the "worry" out of repairing our cars back to their original state.

This place is fantastic! I have been here several times and have never been disappointed. The most recent was for hail damage. My car looks as good as new! Sheena is wonderful, and the entire staff is friendly and efficient. Their work is top-quality and professional. And they can put awesome pink stripes on your car if you ask them to!

I backed into a yellow cement pole 1.5 weeks prior to my son's baptism. Not a big deal to most, but a big deal to me...I need my car. I drove straight to Meramec Heights Collision right after I did it. Sheena (owner) and Greg (estimator) went over the damage with me and told me that I did a pretty good job when it came to the damage. They wasted no time getting it back in tip top shape. I don't think my car looked this good even when I bought it. Friendly, fast and quality work what more could you ask for.

I was recently in an auto accident and had my car towed to Meramec Heights Collision Center and I am so happy I did. The staff was great and the owner Sheena was amazing. They kept me in the loop the whole process calling every week to update me and when I could expect my vehicle back.



When I did get my car back it looked amazing, you couldn’t even tell it had been in an accident. Sheena walked around the vehicle with me and explained everything they did.

I backed into a telephone pole at my new condo - first day that I was moving my stuff in. One quick call to Meramec, and they called the tow truck, arranged for Enterprise to come pick me up with a car, dealt with the insurance company, fixed the car and returned it to me looking great - inside and out! Wow! I have never had an accident experience that was virtually NO stress. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I recently took my vehicle to Meramec Collision for repair from an accident. I personally worked with the owner, which was quite inviting being a female and knowing this shop is owned by a female. The shop took care of arranging my rental car and having it there when I dropped my car off for repair.

They worked directly with my insurance company on the estimate and repairs, which was great being that I did not have to sit on the phone and deal with the insurance company.

My car was clean and perfect when I picked it up, they took care of getting the rental car back and even followed up with me later to make sure the car was up to my standards. I rate their service and customer service well and highly recommend them.

I just picked up my Mustang from Meremec Heights Collision Center. I was very impressed with the overall experience. They arranged for my rental, had it there on time, and took care of the return on it. Their estimate was $400 below the dealer and $200 below the insurance company.

When I picked up my car, they had washed and polished the entire car, vaccuumed and cleaned the windows! The body work they did was beautiful too, and they even took care of a little additional damage that wasn't in the estimate.

A friend referred me to Meramec Heights Collision Center and I thanked them for the referral. I will refer my friends too. In the past I have always used the dealer for body repairs, but I will return to Meramec Heights for my future body repairs.

Take your car somewhere else!! Unfortunately, I made the wrong decision when I chose this shop to repair my vehicle after being in an accident. First they lied to me about the difference between their original estimate & the insurance company's adjusted estimate. I was told that the price difference was in the labor charges. I was also never shown the estimate. It wasn't until the insurance company sent me a copy, that I noticed that the price difference was in the parts & not the labor, as they told me. Prior to dropping my car off at this shop, I had stressed to them on the phone, that I did not want aftermarket body parts put on my vehicle. Unbeknownst to me, this shop ordered aftermarket parts anyway, without my approval, & were going to put them on my car without my knowledge. When I contacted them about this, they offered no apologies for their dishonesty & made no attempt whatsoever, to honor my request. Therefore, I opted to take the car to a different shop. The day I picked up my car, they overcharged me for taking 3 parts off of my vehicle & also charged me a restocking fee to send back the aftermarket parts that I never approved or told them to order. I was also told that I would be charged additional fees for them to check my vehicle for a mechanical problem that surfaced after the accident, even though they were going to be doing the work on my car. They had also given me an estimate of $1,300 to paint my back bumper & fix a small area on my rear panel. I was given an estimate of $600 to have exactly the same work done at the second shop that ended up repairing my vehicle. The owner of this shop was very rude to me when I questioned why they did not discuss the estimate with me & the price difference. He told me that the estimate "didn't matter anyway." I told him that it certainly DID matter because it was my vehicle & I had the option to choose whether or not I wanted aftermarket parts put on my vehicle. They were deceptive, rude & overcharged me fees that I HAD to pay in order to get my car out of their shop. Dishonest & very poor business practices.
