Horrible customer service and accountability. Purcahsed a wood stove. Got it home and partially uncrated, it was damaged. Of course the employees dont have the integrity to just admit they screwed up and send it with me anyway. I had to borrow a trailer to pick it up in the first place. Now I have to haul this 400lb broken stove (looks like side has been caved in by a fork lift) back to the store after I have to wait another 2 weeks for a replacement to come in. Their customer service doesnt give a darn and will not ship a replacement to my house because I didnt pay for them to ship it to my house. But I also didnt spend $1000 to get a damaged item from them. I guess I should incur the cost of going back to pick it up and the inconvenience of finding someone with a trailer I can use again even though they caused the damage.
