My opinion of this outfit is that they are nothing short of a group of crooks. They will charge you for service that was never rendered. I purchased a lifetime lease years ago, as to avoid having to lease for a short period and deal with all renewals or having to return cylinders with gas still in them. Every 5 years they want to charge a substantial fee for a new valve/ testing, even though it is the same tank that I have always had that has never been refilled, I could see if it was a charge applied every time it was refilled each time after it was past a five year span for maintenance. But to ask some one to pay 60 something dollars multiple times with out providing a good or service is what I consider bad business. I have made purchases with them on equipment and consumables for over a decade, but will no longer. I would be careful doing business with them at the very least in the way of cylinder leasing. I would highly recommend going with a more reputable company.
