My kids have had their b-day parties here & always have a good time! No issues. Very friendly.

I've skated at this location with our children one other time and the floor is very nice. They played good music and the kids had a great time. That said, the treatment we received by two of their employees on our second trip was absolutely inexcusable. My son and daughter had worn their skates from the car to the parking lot and we were told they would not be able to wear them on their floor due to oil and other debris that would be tracked in. My wife and I completely understood this. My wife then proceeded to pay for skates for myself, my son and daughter. In the meantime, one of the employees relentlessly hassled my 4 year old daughter to take off her skates while he ripped my son's skates off of his feet. Then, a second employee joined in --- this one yelling at me as though I was committing some kind of crime. My wife and I were perplexed. We had every intention of complying and had, in fact, already paid to rent skates but these people were so rude, we just left. We had planned on booking a birthday party for my son at this skating rink but now will be going to Rollercade.

They take advantage of kids being naive to make money. Not an honest way to do business.
