I have been to this salon three times. First time, I had a pleasant experience. The other two times were not so pleasant. There is one person there that is just rude and really doesn't seem to care at all. When I went in the last time, she was sitting on the couch chatting it up with a friend someone she obviously knew well. Couldn't be bothered to check me in. I stood there for quite awhile and wish I would have just walked out. The last time my daughter went in for her hair cut, this same woman cut her hand and continued cutting my daughter's hair even though she was bleeding. Didn't stop to clean it up or put a bandage on it. Disgusting. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The customer service at this location was horrible. I stopped in to get my 5 year old sons haircut and the stylist was atrocious to my son. She was very crabby and was down right mean to him. I can not begin to understand what would warrant her attitude but I will never set foot in a Supercuts again. I realize that not every stylist at Supercuts is horrible but if they would employ someone like this then customer service must not be their main interest. I can not take that chance again. I hesitate to even give them one star.
