Had major issue with plumbing. It had backed up from kitchen to washer then to sink in bathroom. Called Castle plumbing tonight at 6:20 spoke to someone who said they will call us back. They did within last than twenty minutes. Were at our home by 6:45. Took him about thirty minutes and sewer restored! Great job!!

I called Castle Plumbing with an emergency. I cannot use my toilet, it is overflowing into the bathtub when I flush it. I informed them of this, and they said they would call me back shortly, and hour later, I gave up, and called another plumber who was here in 20 minutes. When I called to cancel, not a single apology was given, and they didn't seem like they cared one bit. They even said, "thank you" when I canceled, which doesn't quite fit in this context, in my opinion!
