Really rude, never coming back, they make me feel so uncomfortable, almost every where the we go in that town, just because I have tattoos and piercing.......����

Apparently, some of the hairstylists do not believe in the company policy of first-come, first-served. Once, and only once, because it was the first and last time, I waited for 1.5 hours in order to have a haircut. Just when I thought I was up to get one, the hairstylist stated, "No, it's not your turn, it's his turn...he has an appointment." In walked the person with an appointment who was an officer from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC). I think he should have waited in line like everyone else.

When I spoke up for myself, I was dismissed as being rude. From now on, it's full-service salons in the big city (with appointments necessary) for me. The hairstylist not only missed out on a potential patron, but a nice tip!

They can't even answer the phone! And if they do, they leave you on hold for more than 1/2 an hour! It's rediculous to get service by anyone at this location!
