They took and made copies of both of my insurance cards and waited for about 25 minutes before them calling me in. Once my routine check-up was done, I was escorted to the check-out area. There, I was told they called my insurance company and Yucca Dental Center is NOT in their network and I needed to pay the difference. I told them you guys told me you were in the network and that’s why I am here. They quickly said “We told you we take all type of insurance, but it doesn’t mean we are in the network”. I told them that’s deceiving and all times they implied that you were in the network. I also asked them, why you didn’t tell me before I got the services done?

Yucca Dental Center knew they didn’t take Blues Cross Blue Shield or Med life, but yet they lied by deceiving me at all times. They implied they took it by their actions and carefully chosen words “we take all type of insurance” and by avoiding saying that they were NOT in the network.
