I've only had pleasant and helpful experiences with the staff and maintenance. I like everything about my actual apartment- it all works well and is maintained regularly. Everything is as you would expect for the price and rent and charges have always been fair.
You should know that this is a non-smoking complex which in practical terms means that everyone leaves their apartment to smoke so they will constantly be smoking right into your front door and windows. Because many are too lazy to smoke in their car or a proper place they will deposit their cigarette butts into your breezeway or in a big nasty ashtray pile in the rocks or bushes in front of your building. Be aware that non-smoking here means that the complex wants smoking to be YOUR problem and not theirs when they clean the apartments for a new resident.
Also, many people have issues with parking. I don't think there is any reason to ever be wrongly towed here..but there does seem to be a bit of a problem with crime at night (eg. people stealing off of cars- it has happened to me and others)
