JERI GARDNER IS THE WORST, RUDEST, MOST CONDESCENDING, PERSON THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! BAIT AND SWITCH ON PRICING, BAD SALES PRACTICES. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND AVOID THE HEADACHES AND STRESS!!!!

Ridiculous

This clinic is completely filthy, the floor boards in the room were covered in filth and grime. I also noticed some blood on the walls in their waiting area. The Doctor (I think her name was Gardner) was in and out of the room in 2 minutes and did not even thoroughly look at my pet. She was extremley rude and treated me as if I was stupid and knew nothing about my pet. She then had her technician (not blaming her) give me an estimate for my pet that was out of this world and involved un-necessary tests at an ungodly price that I could not even come close to affording. The receptionist up front was extremely condescending and fake (I think her name was Tiffany or something). Will never, ever go to this clinic again.

Chronic Fees

Have been to two Banfield locations. Cleaned out my pockets both times. Vet said my dog had a problem common in small dogs where the knees pop in and out and then SHOWED ME by popping my dogs joint in and out!!! She's 3. Has never had problems w/ her knees. He said start saving the $3,000.00 I will need for her knee surgery. I'm on disability. I can't save $5. Why do they take your dog to the back to treat and then bring your dog back to you? I started paying for the insurance. My debit card expired. So, I had to pay back insurance payments and then pay for booster shots because I waited too long. Have worse stories about the emergency service on Federal. Lies, lack of compassion, they lost my leash, and then I had to pay $2.50 because they fed her breakfast before I picked her up. I can feed my dog breakfast, lunch and dinner for 2.50 for a week. And, just a goofy "opps" on the leash. I called to complain. I wasn't heard. Find a real vet!!! These folks just want you
