One star is too generous, but no star or a negative isn't available. Unprofessional and disrespectful of client's time. Chantil is chronically 5-10 minutes late for every appt. Today she was late again and instead of taking me after she finally finished with her prior client, she decided to take care of a broken nail and make me wait even longer. You're just not good enough to continuously put up with your total lack of consideration.
