Use any other service possible. This is the least organized, and least professional rental company I have ever experienced. They cannot even make appointments they set at the time they set, let alone respond to any issues in a timely manner.

IREY and Company is THE WORST rental company EVER!!! The president Travis Beckstead is a d-bag Bi---! No, seriously, My gayest guy friend is more of a man than this little prick! I moved into a home that is " maintained" by Irey, I have lived there for nearly 8 months and they have NEVER come to fix ANYTHING! There has to be a mold issue in this home, as bread molds on a counter within 3 days. Butter, in a dish...MOLDY! They claim to be the best when they are by far the WORST rental company! Manitenance requests can be made online.... HA! yopu can make request after request after request and NEVER will they show up!!! They will call and arrange a time and NEVER show up! They were to fix numerous things PRIOR to moving in, guess what??? YEP, never done. A leaking sink, a leaking water heater, drywall that is rotting that needs replaced. broken steps, MOLD, a panel with fiberglass sticking out of the wall that is at least 2ftx1ft in diameter =, fiberglass is a lovely addition to ones wardrobe! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED< DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! The BBB wont even accredit them! BY THE WAY CAN I HAVE MY RATING STAR BACK???? 1 star is only because of force for the rating
