I first started going to this cleaners a couple of years ago, and I was satisfied. Cheap prices for good work. I recently went there a couple of weeks ago and it was horrible! They nickle and dimed me to death. Since when did they start charging extra for a few animal hairs? I could understand if it was covered with animal hair then yeah I would pay the extra money but when there are a couple of hairs and I get charged extra for it, NO WAY! I complained and all they could do is offer me a $2 dollars off of next visit. News to them I am never going back there so they can take their $2 dollar off coupon and........... well you can finish that sentence. I would definitely NOT recommend this dry cleaners to anyone. Also, there customer service was not the best to top everything off. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

Cloths came back wrinkled and not so clean. My guess it that they overload their machines to save money which doesn't benefit us customers. when i called they offered to redo my cloths and still they don't look good i ended up taking them to another cleaner and they look great now. They try and hid using a company they call to your home which is the same company.
