Dissappointed in Honesty

I went to Midas for oil change and a free tire rotation. I was told that during my tire rotation, the tech noticed my front brakes needed replaced. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was told that my tire rotation was not possible due to the lugs on the front of the vehicle being too tight. When I asked about the different stories I was told it was a miscommunication and the tech looked through the spokes at the front disc brakes. I'm not sure which story is correct, but I will being having another shop take a look at it.

Great Experience

I stopped by this Midas about six months ago after a different shop told me I needed brakes and gave me a riduclous price. This shop said your brakes are great, they showed them to me and said you are great come back in about 6 months and let us take a look at them again. I came about about 8 months later and I did need them on this go around. I think his name was Alex who helped me and I needed them on just the fronts and he was SO nice about everything. They gave me a great price. I am going to go back to this shop for everything from now on.
