This place was far beyond unsatisfactory. I brought my car in and they barely spent any time looking at it. All i heard from inside the waiting room was banging and i was very worried considering i couldn't see anything they were doing. They brought it out and told me what was supposively wrong. I called back later after i had talked to my car's manufacturer. I compared what they told me with what Nichols said. The woman on the phone (owner or the shop) contradicted herself from what she said earlier. I questioned that, and she insisted that she was right in a very rude way.

Then, she started yelling at me over the phone!! Saying that she could tell my car was junk when i was driving up and that she didn't even have to look at it to know it had problems. She said that my car was a POS and that it should be scrapped. I have never dealt with more unprofessional people in my entire life!

I found out later that she is PREDJUDICE AGAINST FOREIGN CARS.

my advise to you is DO NOT GO HERE! The owner is rude and self opinionated! and they obviously do not care about their customers or quality of service
