Peak Elevator has very polite staff, that all want to be helpful, however none of them can actually do anything for you. Before I made the mistake of signing a service contract with them they were prompt and efficient. Since signing a Maintenance Agreement, it has been a nightmare to get our “scheduled” maintenance, and I have spent over two months trying to get basic repairs taken care of. This includes multiple phone calls, voicemails and emails. Our “scheduled” maintenance visit is now 3 months overdue. Thanks to Peak Elevator’s maintenance plan we failed our annual inspection. They were supposed to provide us with an inspection, which they failed to do, leaving us very surprised when we failed the inspectors testing. They have now given us a quote for repairs, without ever coming in and doing the supposed maintenance, or looking at the equipment. Maybe someday they will actually repair the elevator. Using their repair service on an as needed basis may be fine, but do not ever sign a maintenance contract with this company. You will never get service again.
