Port Land Surveying has over 30 years experience and an outstanding reputation delivering the following services to our customers throughout the West. • Improvement Location Certificates From a field survey of the property, we prepare a scale drawing showing the property lines and all improvements on the property (house, garage, sheds, concrete drives, porches, patios, decks, etc). • Land Survey Plat (LSP) This is a boundary or pin survey where we set the property corners only in addition we locate and show the drawing improvements on the property and any close improvements on adjacent properties. • ALTA /ACSM Survey These are very similar to an improvement survey Plat. There are some optional items that may be required by the client as indicated.
