Bad service! I gave a worker named Gabby a $50 she gave me change back for a 20 that I did not see until I got home from work so i went in to speak with the managers who where not helpful at all they had no clue how to deal with these types of situations that I had to speak with Mike the director he was rude and said he could not do anything about Gabbys mistake I usually am not someone to get upset and have to talk to a manager it's not about the money it's about good customer service also not one apology was said for there mistake.

Awful customer service! This is not the typical "have it your way" Bk instead its a "have it their way". They constantly mess up on the orders and when you tell them about it they either give you an attitude or tell you that that's exactly what you ordered??? So now every time I go I check my order right infront of them. I even open up my burger to make sure that I get exactly what I asked for. Sure they get upset, but they really need to work on their listening and customer service skills! I would go to another BK but this is the only one in town :( and I do love those whoppers when I can have them my way :)
