The only thing they good for is calling personal drivers to run the drug dealers around. Other then that, nasty and rude all around the board. Use another company.

It's not the first time that the responder let her temper get the best of her, but it will be the last time she sets off on me. Just choose another taxi and save yourself from utter unpleasantness.I don't mind paying extra money just for some common manners. I called and waited outside in a 7 degree weather and no taxi came. I am the one freezing, but I am calm, I asked for a taxi to the address (I never got a sentence in after that. She starts yelling at me that the same taxi came twice. I have not moved (I have nowhere to go, but to wait for the taxi). If I had somewhere, i wouldn't stand in the cold.She claims that I am the one who is in the wrong and that she's not sending me a taxi. Then she goes on a rampage and starts to snap on me. I don't know why I didn't hang up on her, so I could call a PROFESSIONAL service.

Your driver "Margie" told my straight friend to "save me" because I am a gay woman. She is Jehovah's witness and preached to us the whole way from Georgie's Bar to Mogo taco on cookman. I have never been so hurt by someone I was paying a professional service to before in my life. She needs to be let go immediately and never serve the people of asbury park again. I will NEVER EVER use your taxi service again and I will let the entire gay community know exactly what happened this evening. FIX THIS INMEDIATELY.
