If services of a designated health care professional are required such as a registered nurse, one can be assigned to provide services. These services may include foot care, medication management, Alzheimer care, diabetic management, palliative care, wound care and blood tests. Cascades Home Health Care is a Limited Liability Company based in Loudoun County, Virginia, owned by its principal investor and principal operator. The office is located in quality office space on Business complex area in Ashburn, Virginia, which is the heart of the fastest growing county of Loudoun. Our agency is licensed by the State of Virginia and our services are reimbursed by Medicare, Medicaid and other private insurance carriers.
