Provided by YP.comI love this gym! My husband and I attended a class here during their soft-opening and it was one of the best workout classes of my life! The operations manager and the trainer on duty were both very knowledgeable on heart rate monitors, heart rate zones, and how to make the most of the workout. We will definitely be going back now that they are officially open for business!!
