When experiencing an acute illness, injury, or are unable to get an appointment with your personal physician, an Urgent Care offers medical expertise on a walk-in basis. We deliver comprehensive evaluations and treatment of illness and are dedicated to ensuring patients receive the highest quality care.
The Urgent Care is also able to provide the business communty with occupational medical services. Including pre-employment drug screens, fitness for work and other workers compensation needs.
Serving our community since 1991, our facilities provide acute medical care for a fraction of the cost and wait time incurred in a hospital emergency room and we participate with most insurance carriers. When an Urgent Care patient is deemed medically unstable or requires hospitalization, they are transported to a hospital. Often, an ER visit can be avoided and the patient can be directly admitted to the hospital. Urgent Cares are not appropriate places for patients with acute chest pain, severe shortness of breath or other acute life threatening illnesses.

I had an acupuncture appointment which cost $60.00 when I got the bill in the mail the appointment cost $94.43. I called the Billing department mid-March; the person said they would return my call on Wednesday. I received another bill April 27th so I called again April 28th around 3 pm with assurance they would call me back after they reviewed the billing. When I got home there was a message on my phone from Nova Urgent Care received at 12:43 pm. Yes, they called me back nearly a month after I initially called them in March with no reference to my call on the very same day. I returned their call today April 29, 2015.
Yes, my bill for the appointment was for $94.43 plus now I have to pay interest since I did not make the payment in April.
