I have lived here for the past 3 years. The first year was great that’s when the old management was here. Ever since they change management the quality went down the whole. They act very nice when you coming to rent but when you come to them for an issue they are sooo rude. Gate almost never closed till many people complain. The building cleanliness is 3 at 10. Inside quality okay but cheap and not worth what you paying a month. My sec year here I had silverfish problem in my apartment. I complain so many times but all they do come spray things on the floor and leave and it’s not even working. I had this problem over and over until I got sick of it so I went to home depot and I got my own solution. Parking is the worst here. You come at night after 9 and good luck finding parking. It seems more people live in the apartment than they supposed to. Summer time if you park your car outside don’t bother to clean it, because the grass water spray will spray your car and leave whit marks all over it. Over all the place is not worth paying too much for it, it is too expensive for what they offer. I’m looking forward to move out and my experience is 3 at 10.
