On Sunday my family and friends came in and had lunch with you. We had the best time that we have had in a long time eating out. The whole staff was very nice and helpfull, the waitress explained the specials to us and recommended the ribeye to us and it was great. The only draw back was we were sat up by the front door and it was a little crowed but on the flip side that is what you should expect for a great restaurant with great food and excelllent staff. Thanks Again Roadhouse Staff for a great time out.

I recently visited Americas Roadhouse with my husband for dinner, although the place was almost empty, it was several minutes before a grouchy hostess seated us. After about ten minutes of waiting, Tina, our waitress greeted us with a very angry tone and food covering her face. We were served the wrong beverages, which were taken back to the kitchen, however, never replaced. The waitress did not have her hair pulled back, {which noone on the staff did} had filthy hands and very foul breath. Our dinner was served after only about three minutes, which really made me wonder how long it had been sitting there concidering I had a well done steak. My husband was served a raw peice of chicken and a baked potato loaded with cheese, bacon, and blonde hair which matched our waitress! After sending his food back and waiting another twenty minutes, he was served the same baked potato with the hair still in it! At this point we decided to leave and although neither meal was touched, we were charged full price and had the manager snap at us upon leaving by saying that he should have just pulled out the hair and ate it!!! This was by far the most horrible dining experience either of us have ever had!!!
