We had bought our tickets online and for the Catching fire movie at 8:10 on 11-22-2013.

When we got there the line was way down the hall of the mall. We went in the door of the theater and were approached by the Assistant manager “Hensley” and a Randolph county officer. The Manager was VERY rude and said everyone else has been waiting in line and you will go to the back of the line. I then started to pull out my tickets that we bought online and paid extra for. He said I know how it works and you will go to the back of the line. He was one of the rudest people I have ever met to a customer. The said part is he was the assistant manager!!! What does that say about the owner? All 5 of us went to the back of the line and waited. But I will tell you one thing. I hope Cinemark enjoyed that money. They will never get any of mine again!!!! If that is the people they us to manage their establishment, I don’t wish to help pay their pay checks. When I asked him who I need to contact about him he said call Cinemark. He said he would be sure to send an email that evening also. Again, ever RUDE!!!!
