We were completely disappointed in Mr. Dixon's work on our kitchen. We thought we were paying for a complete job and we received far less. 2 hours late both days of the install. It takes 2 days before you can use the counter tops. The awful smell from the product required us to leave the windows open for 2 days. Thank goodness we had a warm spell in December. 4 days total without the kitchen. Plan accordingly. Mr. Dixon removed all the trim work on our cabinets, we thought it was to facilitate installation, completed the counter top , and left. No big deal we thought. After we reinstalled the appliances, once again, this is not a turn key job, we noticed that he had built the counter tops too short for the trim to go back on, by a good bit. Called the company, all those numbers on the website go to an answering service, except the Asheboro number, he came back out, only an hour and a half late this time , and we were told their was nothing he could do about it. To quote Mr. Dixon “maybe we could plane the molding down or something, he didn't know about that sort of thing. Stained solid oak cabinets and trim, with a 20 year patina, good luck matching all that back up. So if you like slick home improvement hucksters, Give them a call. Plenty of numbers to choose from.
