Horrible company. Bought some...

Horrible company. Bought something from their online retail store, and it was a nightmare. First they took forever to ship out my product. The product they sent me was the wrong one, I returned it (they wanted me to pay for the return shipping costs. After arguing, I got them to send a ups claim ticket), they then took forever to send out the correct one. Except, for a second time, they sent the wrong product. Then they admitted they didn't have the product. Again, they wanted me to pay for return shipping. I demanded my money back and for them to send a claim ticket if they wanted their stuff back. This whole process took over 3 months to deal with them. They were very unhelpful on the phone, and all sounded like they just woke up from a long nap and you were bothering them. Horrible.

Took a one hundred year old ph...

Took a one hundred year old photo to the business for copies to be made. After I left the photo they attached their info card to my photo's envelope with a large staple, which in turn scrtached the front of my irreplaceable photo everytime they removed it from the envelope. Now my photo which has survived over one hundred years has a half dozen scratches across the front due to their carelessness. Then on top of that they charged a $9.95 scanning fee that was never mentioned and the copies that were made each had a crease running down the center of them. Warning do not use this company for anything that you don;t want ruined.
