We contracted Pegram Tree Service to remove a tall tree in our backyard and in its place they were to plant a small crepe myrtle. When his workers (2) arrived they told us that they couldn't plant the crepe myrtle in the exact same location as the tall tree stood. They would have to plant it a few feet away. To this we agreed. After the tall tree was cut down and the crepe myrtle was planted, they told us that they did not have the stump grinder to remove the stump. This was strange so I called the owner Adam Pegram and asked him why his people didn't have the stump grinder to finish the job. He promised me over the phone that he would send someone to grind the stump and finish the job. I took his word and paid his full bill with cash. This was was 3-4 months ago, I have since called him several times but he never answered my call or cared to call me back. I am very disappointed and will not hire his business again, nor will I recommend his business to my friends and neighbors.
