Just got a few piercings done by Brandon. Super knowledgeable, patient and nice guy who definitely knows what he's doing. He uses some high quality jewelry and the shop was very clean. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for some high quality professional work.

I have been coming to aacross the skin for 8 years now. You won't find a friendlier staff or cleaner environment. The owner Brandon is a sweet heart, and and is very reasonable and honest in pricing. 2 days ago Brandon actually did a piercing on me that 4 other parlors turned down. By far this is my favorite place to go, and will continue to go

Went to them for my first piercing and tattoo the girl who did my work was very professional an knew what she was doing Brandon definitely runs a quality shop I recommend them to anyone who wants good tattoos an piercings an isn't afraid to pay a little extra for quality

Went to get my first tattoo and I chose across the skin because I have heard nothing but good things about them. It was really clean and Brandon did mine and I'm in love with it he did a fantastic job and all the employees there was very polite and professional.

I was looking for a tattoo shop and as usual, looked online at the reviews and this was the highest rated one I found. So based on these, I decided to try this one and I'm glad I did. The shop is very clean. Brandon did an excellent job on my tattoo, it came out better than i thought it would. The price was very reasonable, he even knocked some off the price after he drew up my tattoo. This is my second tattoo, I've had them both done in Asheville and I wish I would have gone here instead of where I got my first one done. I will be going back to have Brandon fix my first tattoo and also to do my next one.

I contact the staff at Aacross the Skin in advance to let them know what I was looking to have tattooed and who there could do it. Having had a bad experience at another tattoo parlor, I wasn't interested in someone who 'will probably be the best' to do what I requested. Cassandra assured me Brandon was the guy I needed. Sure enough when I came in on the day, I brought several pictures to give Brandon some ideas of what I was looking for. The went to work drawing up a unique piece of art. I can't say enough great things about the tattoo itself, how at ease the staff made me, how clean the office was. Hell he stopped the clock when he needed to take a break so I didn't get charged for time when I wasn't in his chair. I will only have Brandon tattoo me from now own. I am honored to proudly display his work to the world.

Been looking all day for an excellent place to get my tattoo done at and I so happened to walk into the BEST shop in Asheville! Brandon did an outstanding job on my realistic roses on my shoulder/arm. Everyone was really nice and you really get a good vibe from the place. Good consulting and great prices. I felt at ease the whole 3 1/2 hours sitting in the chair having great conversations with everyone. I will be going back to Brandon (or anyone their for that matter) for all my future tattoo. Great shop, Great people, one AWESOME time and experience. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Aacross the Skin is a wonderful tattoo studio. As a concerned mother I visited a number of shops in Asheville and it's surrounding areas. AAcross the skin was by far the nicest, most professional, and most of all sterile. Not to say the others were dirty, not all of them atleast but just the smell of the studio itself smells clean. I asked a million questions the girls working there and they not once made me feel like I was a bother. Infact they took me on a tour of the sterilizing procedure and were just so sweet and nice about any questions I had.

Honestly I would truely recommend these outstanding folks to any mother or friend I know.
