We used this company's services in July of 2014 to inspect a house we were in the process of negotiating on and looking to purchase. Doug Garretson did not enter in his report that all the wood floors needed to be refinished, that 2 of the 15 windows are nearly impossible to open, that one of the windows needs to be propped to stay open, that the bottom of the basement steps has a side that is "floating", and there is more. But worst of all was that he did not notice or mention that the foundation of the house is turning back to earth with tiny roots growing throughout it. The very foundation! The cost for all that he missed and that we also therefore did not negotiate on the price with, is costing us 10s of thousands of dollars, literally. When we contacted him with our complaints through e-mail, he simply ignored us and never responded.
