My husband is on 24/7 oxygen and has been for 2 years. They have gone out of their way to make sure that he is taken care of and to service and maintain his home equipment. We are very pleased with the service we always receive.

worst company ever I've had to deal with... after five chances to get it right... I'm done. They made me pay in advance while still in the hospital for what insurance is supposed to pay... where is my refund? Avoid at any cost. I'll be going to an outpatient facility from now on.

I was very unhappy with this outfit! I had to buy an expensive piece of durable medical equipment. They said Medicare would likely reimburse part of the cost. After I paid and took delivery, they changed their tune. They refused to submit a claim to Medicare. I had to submit my own claim and shepherd it through three levels of appeals without help from Advanced Home Care. After 18 months, I received a positive determination and compensation in the amount of $589. I would not use them again!
