I'm so pleasantly surprised!

This company is WONDERFUL! They came exactly on time, texted me to tell me they were on their way and gave good advice. We live in an 80+ year old house and they were quite knowledgeable. We've ordered some specialty hardware for them to install when they return to rekey the entire house and add some deadbolts. I will post again after they have completed the work but as of right now- I am very impressed with their professionalism. Aug. 2013

It is now December and I'm finally updating my review. YES! They did a excellent job; prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant, AND reasonably priced. That is a hard combination to find. I have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends and family.

I decieded to rekey all of the...

I decieded to rekey all of the locks in my house after they were taken out at a bar on New Years Eve. I was able to schedule an appointment for early in the morning. Not only were the locks rekeyed, but they were able to get them all one key for all of the locks. This is great because I use to have three keys for the whole house. The locksmith was very knowledgeable and polite. I will recommend this locksmith to everyone I know.

Awesome Service

I called this business late in the evening after breaking the key in the ignition of my car. The guy answering the phone was extremely polite, and helped to calm me down by assuring me my situation wasn't impossible to fix . The locksmith arrived in a brief amount of time. He was very professional, removed the broken key, and made me two new keys - the price was fair based on what he did. I highly recommend this business.
