I wish I could give them a 0. Overpriced and horrible staff. So incredibly rude and unhelpful. Rather sit on their phones and talk to each other and ignore customers. Especially rude to children and women. I've never felt welcome in this store and will never return after my last visit there on 9/30. Steer very clear of the old tall black bald guy. I don't know who owns this store but they should really rethink their entire staff. I tell everyone I know to never go into this store and will continue to do so.

They treat don't know how to appreciate thier customers. Customer satisfaction is not thier top priority and thier customer service is very poor. They don't keep thier prices competitive with other stores. They are particular to some customersi.e they reserve their limited editions to certain people. It's a shame that such a store focus' more on keeping thier staff satisfied rather thier customers.

Arsenal is a store in the asheville mall that focuses on urban apparel and shoes. It is pretty great, the people are nice, and the selection is refreshing as compared to the monotony of the usual mall store.
