Had a car wash today which was a disaster. I paid $29.99 for the managers special which included amor all. When I got the car back only the front dash had been armor alled. I had requested the cargo rubber mat to be washed and it was not as well as the front floor mats . The back seat floor was filthy. I have had this happen repeatedly on several past visits. The middle console in the front was also filthy as was the exterior. I waited as they tried to clean it up but nothing was done correctly. I will not be back. I hate to give it even one star!

Had a car wash today and they damaged my interior. The manager denied responsibility as he couldn't prove for his internal audit exactly how it happened. What I do know is that I brought my vehicle in undamaged and while the vehicle was in their possession it was damaged.

I noticed it immediately when I got back in the vehicle. I reported it before turning the vehicle on. Didn't matter because BEWARE this company will not be responsible for damage while it is in their possession.
