Provided by SuperpagesCityMac a) lost my computer; b) found it in pieces in an employees house; c) put it back together using parts that they could not prove were mine; d) gave it to me NOT WORKING AT ALL; e) refused to fix it when I confronted them on the problem; f) threatened to call the police when I went into the store to demand that they fix it. The MOST HEINOUS customer service I have ever experienced, no contest. They even changed their documentation of the work they did on my computer to make it appear that my computer didn't boot up when I brought it in. The report also falsely stated that I received services free of charge, which is not even remotely true. Several times I asked, "Does your report state that you guys lost my computer and found my RAM somewhere off the premises?" They refused to answer my question and all I got, over and over again, was, "We can't help you." Thanks, CityMac, for having UNACCEPTABLE customer service!
