Absolutely horrible pharmacy. The store portion has been good but the pharmacy staff is terrible. This time had the same prescription faxxed in from the Dr. three times. Went to pick it up after recieving text, they say no script recieved. Techs wander around like on ether. Last week, dropped off script. ether brained tech said will be ready 10AM tomorrow. OK. Came in at 4pm. Script not filled but they will fill while I wait. give them 30 mins. waited hour by the BP machine. Approached by wandering tech and told they will have to order script. huh? Next time, just watch a tech retrieve a prescription. Its like a freaking Easter egg hunt.

If you have a prescription that needs filled might I suggest a different pharmacy? They are rude and extremely slow! They never automatic refill any script. Some Rx prices are higher than most places. Night shift guy is especially rude! Going to try Rite Aide in the Food Lion plaza. Good Luck!

The prescription line, whether the drive thru or inside, is unbelievably, laughably slow. They don't pay much attention to prescriptions that are refilled through the website or their phoneline, even if you do it days ahead of time. So then you'll show up, wait in one of the long lines, then you'll find out they never filled your prescription but you're already late to get back to work and can't wait for them to do it now. That was my experience today and I don't know when I can return for my prescription. It's so frustrating. I'm migrating my prescriptions over to Rite Aid down the road. Sorry CVS, but I don't have time for your inefficiencies.

Avoid this place. There are too many establishments that care about your business to endure the abuse from CVS. I have never encountered the rudeness and attitude that is prevalent here. Also Rx prices are unbelievably higher. They are higher on almost every item. I will never go back and neither will any member of my family.

AVOID

While this store has a nice selection of goods, it is poorly managed and, like other CVS stores, I presume, deceptive with regard to pricing.

On my most recent -- and LAST -- visit, I was told by the cashier that I would have to get in the "other line", after waiting in the first line for several minutes behind several customers, because he had to help a lady with her photos. Of course, while I had waited in the first line, the "other line" had become even longer.

Finally, after checking out, I realized that I'd been charged $4.79 for a can a cashews that were clearly labeled $2.99 on the shelf. When I asked about this, the cashier told me that the discrepancy was due to my not having a CVS card.

This was not at all clear on the price sticker. Also, I was not offered a CVS card or even handed an application. And the cashier could not have cared less.

I returned the overpriced can of cashews for a full refund and informed all those within earshot that I would NOT be back.

Again, they could not have cared less.

Whether this is CVS in general or just this particular store that has issues, I don't know.

But, frankly, I could not care less myself, and am thankful that in America we have plenty of other drugstore choices.

Crappy service!
