After being told by the owner to come get the belongings and tag off of my Mercedes between 1:30-4. I would have to sign a relaese form so the insurance comapny can come get it ( because this is required by law in North Carolina) that was hit by an uninsured driver and totaled my car on Sunday 6/11. I go to get it today at 1:00 AND MY INSURNACE COMPANY HAS ALREADY COME AND GOT IT. Not only did my car get totaled and have to go on my insurance and it was not my fault. I am having to replace all of my belongings that were in the car. because now that the insurance has the totaled car. It is theirs. That is why this form is required in north carolina. This experience was bad enough before the towing company got involved. Now i can get non of my personal stuff, clothes a laptop , my work laptop, my work papers. I lost entirely way to much.

These people are dishonest thieves that take advantage of people whenever they can. My husband and daughter were in a car accident that sent them to the hospital trauma by ambulance. I was told that I could not call my own tow truck to remove the vehicle, which was on a private road, not state owned. After spending the night at the hospital I contacted them to retrieve my vehicle. They stated that it would cost 484.50 (they towed it from Alexandera to Leciester Hwy.) They also insisted that they would have to have the title in order for us to retrieve any personal effects.
