Provided by YP.comI come to this location on a daily basis. Usually I'm relatively happy after each visit. Not today! After trying to explain to the girl working the drive-thru that I had qualified for a free drink, but wasn't sure how to "claim" it, she told me she "didn't have time to deal with that right now." Wow, really? I miss the days of good customer service! And, they have a tip cup in their window...rest assured, no way will I leave a tip when I'm shown no respect whatsoever as the customer!! I can't say that I recommend this particular DD!!
