We always use this Enterprise Location. Not only because of location, but because they go out of there way to accommodate our needs and make sure we get the best price available.

For the first time in years, I had an extremely bad experience with the East Asheville Enterprise. The manager there charged me for smoking in the car when I don't even smoke. I had used some cleaning spray to clean the carpet where my grandson had spilled his juice and that did have an unusual odor but I did not smoke in the car. I have never smoked in my life. The employee that had helped me with the rental was extremely nice and really knew what he was doing but the manager I feel like needed some money and really got it from me. I don't like to be taken advantage of especially from somewhere I have used as much as I have them. I guess some people just don't have a moral conscious.
