If I could give a rating of -1 I would. The person who was managing the car wash employees today certainly is not a positive reflection of this company. On a previous occasion, I was not satisfied with the way my car was cleaned on the inside. On this particular day I reminded this person the issues I had encountered on my previous visit. I was asked by this person- manager guy, "Then why are you back?" EXCUSE ME??? This person basically told me that I should go elsewhere for my car cleaning needs. Nice business practices, Krystal Blue Car Wash! Gee, business must be so good that customers are told to go elsewhere. Since customer's satisfaction is not a priority. I refuse to give this company another penny.

Like the person below, I always used Chammies. Decided to try Krystal Blue and they are HORRIBLE. I would attach pictures if I could. I posted the car to Facebook afterwards. Did not dust interior at all, had to remind them about the mats. The absolute WORST car wash ever!

First time not using chammies car wash and after today I will stick with chammies. Interior cleaning was horrible I can tell I was stuck with the lazy bearded guy. Was not vacuumed well still dirty. Watching him I can see why my interior is still dirty. Rather pay a little extra and stick to chammies who can actually clean interior regardless of lazy staff member.
