They were 2 hours late for the appointment to do my daughter's hair and make-up for her wedding. On top of that, they proceeded to blame my daughter for their being 2 hours late in spite do their having more than 2 months notice of the address for the off-site location. One of the "stylists" was observed reading a "how to" manual on applying make-up. The bridesmaid ended up cleaning her face and reapplying her own make-up after that "stylist" made her entire face green.
