Booked an appointment for a massage with Jenna, she called me and rescheduled it, saying that she would be out of town, which was fine with me. However when I showed up at the rescheduled day and time, she was not there. Called her several times, didn't answer or called back. Waited for 20 mins at the parking lot and left. Very upsetting experience,as it is a good 25 min drive from my house.
